Homemade Ketchup from Fresh Tomatoes- easy

NO - Removing the tomato skins
NO - Removing seeds and water

Making Homemade Ketchup Fresh Tomatoes

Ingredients

18kg (39,6lbs) fresh tomatoes (I use pastÄ™ tomatoes)
18 pieces medium onions (one onion for 1kg)
1,5 cup of 5% apple vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
2 teaspoons chilly pepper
2 teaspoons  sweat pepper
4 cloves of garlic
8 teaspoon sugar (I use brown)  - matter of taste
teaspoons oil





Slice tomatoes



Peel and slice onions



Blend tomatoes at high speed in food processor.




Heat the tomato to a boil,
And then simmer the tomatoes for about 1 hour over medium-low heat.




Pour the oil into the frying pan, heat to a medium and add the onions. Fry them, turning constantly for about 5 minutes until they are soft.



Blend onion at high speed in food processor.
Add fry blend onion to tomatos
At this point, add the seasoning and crushed garlic.




Heat the tomato-onions mix to a boil,Continue cooking on low heat in the  good double bottom pot or crockpot (or standing over and stirring) until volume is reduced one-half



Now it's time to add the(apple vinegar & sugar)

I use brown sugar


Get the jars and lids sanitizingHeat the tomato mix to a boilFill the jars with the hot ketchupKetchup will taste best after a few weeks
