Please tell me the specific brand name of paint that you used for your big hat box decoupage project. I am not getting the coverage that you got. It looks like you only needed to use one coat of paint. I am using Ceramcoat acrylic paint. It also appears that my cardboard hat box may be absorbing some of the paint. Did you seal the box before painting it? Thank you so much!
Usually I use acrylic paint but for hat box project I used poster paint by Astra. I think that if You won’t You can use acrylic paint but I would choose a spray one to avoid cardboard absorbing.
